I lke this video it really get to the point of customers experience as to why we buy. But I do feel for the guys that you point out as bad service workers. Even in your story you can tell that the really issue was that the staff were eating the cost of customers that walked out on dinner. A very good business person one pointed out that her didn’t care about customers he said he looked after employees he said if he could make the employee happy they would pay it forward…
