Perfect. Looks like GREAT pizzas. Thanks. And to me it looked like charcoal. But you did say it was a certain temp and for that it might be gas. Im sure either will work fine but id still like to know. Thanks for the lesson and great narrating cuz im hungry.

@DRSYNDROLIUM well, well, it’s the Food Police again. Don’t recall you being here when we shot this video. Ya’ll should stop by and see us clean our boards and hands in the ol’ creek between each video shot. You’re trained in sanitation? Ya mean landfill? Ya better go hang out at the Food TV site, ya’ll feel better, DRSYNDROLIUM rofl

I worked at a pizza place that actually had a charcoal grill in the kitchen. The owner would actually make grilled pizzas for people who requested them. Being an employee, I got free food as long as I made it myself. I came up with one that had shrimp and scallops… Good eatin

They made pie, they made these pizzas, they even made mac & cheese and all this other stuff I haven’t had the time to look at yet… is there anything you CAN’T make with a grill, machete, and your own cooking tools?
And I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time I see stuff made with a grill, I get more hungry than when I see food made with stoves or microwaves… lol

Hello Pit Boy’s, Q: Do you place coals directly under brick? or the indirect method on one or both side of brick?

All the sausage and ground beef he said was pre cooked and he had that on a plate the cutting board wasnt contaminated with meat products.

The only thing I didn’t like is handling the raw and the cooked pizza on the same cutting board.

@bdd549 they appear to be regular masonry bricks. Even if they are not, I am sure they would still work just as well.
